The best advice is to come with an open mind. Your subconscious will be navigating the session. Even though we will have an interview and create a list of things you want to address during the session; it is your subconscious that really knows what you need to work on and what you will be receptive to.

During the Presence session, we will initially use the list created during the interview. This will serve the purpose of a GPS to start navigating the session, but then your subconscious will have you visit events that you need to deal with. Your mind thinks you have a plan for a reason but your subconscious will show you what you really need to work on during the session.

If you meditate, do so the morning or day of your appointment to help clear your mind. If you do not meditate, then do something that puts you in a calm place like taking a walk or listening to some soothing music.

The night before & the day of your session don't drink alcohol. Eliminate or limit your use of caffeine on the day of your session. If you usually have 2 cups of coffee in the morning, try just having one.

Eat well but light before your appointment. Our session could go from 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Your session may be video-recorded. if you wish.

Your session is a private session. This is a place where you need to feel completely safe that your confidentiality in all matters is observed. Because of this, no one else is allowed in your session. You may share your recording or any memories or thoughts at your discretion.

The power of being present can be a life-altering experience. I am only the facilitator and your assistant in this process. I am not doing the healing; you are, through your presence.

If you have questions about how a session works, please, feel free to contact me. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. In most cases, I book most of my day for one appointment.
